With over 20 years of dedicated service to the community, Mallory Donaldson embodies this sentiment through her unwavering commitment to social impact and empowering communities. Growing up amidst a culture of social change, Mallory's commitment to compassionate acts and paying it forward drives her both personally and professionally.
Mallory Donaldson is a nonprofit strategist, community advocate, and social impact leader with more than 20 years of experience advancing equity and opportunity for girls, young women, and underserved communities. Known for building meaningful partnerships and driving transformational change, she has raised more than $3 million for nonprofits, foundations, and community initiatives.
Mallory serves on the boards of YWCA USA and Central Ohio Transit Authority, while also supporting organizations including the Archie Griffin Scholarship Fund and CelebrateOne. Her leadership and impact have earned recognition from Columbus CEO Magazine’s Future 50 and the Columbus Urban League’s HERstory honors.
As former Chief Program Officer of Advocacy, Public Policy, and Influence at The Center for Healthy Families, Mallory led initiatives focused on empowering girls and young women through advocacy, leadership development, and systems change. She is also the Founder and CEO of Eliza Consulting, where she helps mission-driven organizations strengthen strategy, expand impact, and build sustainable growth — with a special focus on women-led organizations serving young women of color.
Mallory currently serves as Executive Director of Operations for the Archie and Bonita Griffin Foundation Fund. Across every role, she is recognized for bold leadership, authentic relationship-building, and a deep commitment to creating equitable pathways for communities to thrive.
